1 Medium Banana + Handful of Almonds + Coco powder + 1/2 Cup skim milk - 400 Calories
2 Cups Puffed rice + 4 teaspoon of sugar + Coco powder +1/2 skim milk- 400 Calories
1 Orange - 80 Calories
Mushrooms - 120 Calories
Green Leafy Vegetable - 30 Calories
Skim Milk - 2 Glasses - 200 Calories
Total Calories: 1230

None

To-Do 
Drink 8 glasses of water
Take Multivitamin supplement
Green tea
Sleep 8 Hours
