30 Days Challenge



1.. More protein
2.. More calcium  
3.. More veggie
4.. Less curbs specially white, refined, processed and sugar

5. One serving of green leafy vegetables everyday
6. 2-3 Serving of fruits 
7. One cup of green tea everyday

8. Eight+ glasses of  water everyday
9. Multivitamin supplement everyday

10. Eight hours of sleep everyday
11. At least 30 minutes of  (cardio) exercise everyday.
