I'm back + new challenge!



My exam is over. I don't feel relieved as much as I feel lost.
On the brighter side, I feel good that I can blog properly now.

Anyway,  I'm back with a new challenge. :)


7 Days Challenge:

21 May
22 May
23 May

I will do cardio everyday and keep calories under 1000.
I will try to eat vegetables and protein more and some fruits.
I will post what I've eaten and done everyday for the challenge.

Since my exam was long, I was way off line from my routine.
Made me lazy and left me less motivated.
Hopefully, this challenge will give me the motivation I need and help me to get back on track as soon as possible.
