Air-popped low-sodium  Popcorn - 200 Calories
Few Mushrooms - 20 Calories
Canned Green Peas - 200 Calorie
Cauliflower, Boiled - 1 small - 40 Calories
Eggplant- 1 Medium - 50 Calories
Orange Juice - 250ml - 150 Calories
Alpen Light Chocolate & Fudge Bar - 3 Bars - 189 Calories
Total Calories: 949
Exercise:
30 Minutes light cardio.

To-Do 
Drink 8 glasses of water
Take Multivitamin supplement 
Drink green tea
Sleep 8 Hours

4.. Less curbs specially white, refined, processed and sugar

5. One serving of green leafy vegetables everyday
6. 2-3 Serving of fruits 
7. One cup of green tea everyday

8. Eight+ glasses of  water everyday
9. Multivitamin supplement everyday

10. Eight hours of sleep everyday
11. At least 30 minutes of  (cardio) exercise everyday.
