I'm back + new challenge!



My exam is over. I don't feel relieved as much as I feel lost.
On the brighter side, I feel good that I can blog properly now.

Anyway,  I'm back with a new challenge. :)


7 Days Challenge:

17 May
18 May
19 May
20 May
21 May
22 May
23 May

I will do cardio everyday and keep calories under 1000.
I will try to eat vegetables and protein more and some fruits.
I will post what I've eaten and done everyday for the challenge.

Since my exam was long, I was way off line from my routine.
Made me lazy and left me less motivated.
Hopefully, this challenge will give me the motivation I need and help me to get back on track as soon as possible.

A Small Break

So, I've this major exam coming up.
After this exam I will be off to college and move out. ( yay!)

I am really addicted to net.
I tried to limit my myself to one or two hour. But it just don't work for me.

So, I decided stop them all together for couple of months.
I'll be done with my exam by April. So, I'll be back in May.
Hope I don't gain any. I wont able to do much exercise.
But, I'll keep a personal journal to write down what I've ate.
Calories will be around 800-1000 calories to keep my brain working.

One thing for sure, I'll miss my blog and my twitter terribly. And reading other blogs. :(

But it's only few months. I'll be back again in May. Until then goodbye.

7 Days Challenge: 4-10 January 2012


This is Peaches Geldo.
What an inspiration!
As I'm determined to reach 100lb by the end of January I decided to this challenge.
After running for last few days my feet has been really sore. :(
So I was unable to exercise for a while. It's almost healed now and I'm ready.
Anyway here is the unfinished plan for the challenge. It will be updated regularly.

Day 1 (04-01-2012) Done!
I drank green tea with little bit of lemon. Not much as I wanted too. Can't drink that much water in winter.
Total: 00 Calories + Running

Day 2 (05-01-2012) Done!
Mushrooms- 160 Calories
Soymilk - 120 Calories
Small amount of Boiled cauliflower + Grilled eggplant + green peas - around 220 calories.
Plus, green tea with lemon. 
Not enough water though. I will drink more tomorrow.
Total: 500 calories.
+ Running


Day 3 (06-01-2012) Done!
Weetabix - 350
Apple - 60
Orange- 60
Little bit of boiled cauliflower - 30
1/2 glass of soy milk - 60
Green tea with lemon
Total: 560 Calories
+ Running
I was planning on fasting 
but ended up eating too much. :(


Day 4 (07-01-2012) Done!
Couple of peanuts- 35
Mushrooms- 120
Soy milk - 130

Guava - 60
Green leafy vegetables- 30
Green tea with lemon
Total calories: 375
+ Running

Because of exam I had to stop. I'm going to water fast next 3 days.

Weight Loss + Twitter

Lost 2 pounds.
Now I'm 105lb.
Still very depressed.
Need to become 100lb again as soon as possible.

Yeah, I'm back and for real!
I was gone for two months.
I had major exam. I pigged out, didn't blog.....
Ugh I missed my blog. I always pig out when I stop blogging.
I learned my lesson. Hopefully it won't happen anymore.

I intend to be 96 Pounds by the end of April.
If I keep blogging, keep my self motivated it will keep from being lazy and pigging out.
I know I can reach My goal I know it in my heart. I did it before and I can do it again, maybe even better. Hell, it will  be better!
